We got there and someone else was in the room we should have had. After over 30 minutes of waiting and finding out no grill or food we spoke to the manager who was less than polite.. He agreed to credit the stay. Staff tried but were new and in need of support..

A great budget option. We needed to find somewhere to stay whilst attending a concert in Bath and this was perfect for us. Accessable by bus to both Bristol and Bath so was really convenient. Would stay again in visiting the area.

Fantastic nights sleep, very comfortable and surprisingly luxurious for a room above a pub. I was under the impression there was a carpark but it was on the street parking and i was worried about parking there all night but no issues. I stayed in the ensuite room and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be back.
