Found the room keys didn't work after we got to the room. Went back to the front desk about the problem, then an employee came back up with me to let us in the room until they could get the room keys programmed, something about a system update, should be able to bring keys in about 10 minutes. An HOUR LATER, I went back to the front desk, found the employee with the keys in absolutely no hurry to bring them up to the room obviously. They were not even busy, but of course he was busy on his cellphone. Customer service wasn't a priority I guess.
