the room was just basic and would have liked the bathroom not to be right in the bedroom and the toilet was hard to flush. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was lovely and comfortable.

This visit was not the best. The things that I noticed and was not expecting. 1. The air con should not be set to economy mode. Due to this issue, the room over heats and then it's hard to get sleep. 2. One of the tea cups in the room was not clean and had coffee stains on the outside. 3. The chair in the room was broken, so it tilted backwards by itself. 4. This was a first, I could hear the really loud people next door or below the room I was in. So sound proofing seems to have disappeared.

Stayed at the village for a night to attend a wedding reception. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was small but had just what we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well in the room we slept well. We did use any of the facilities gym/pool. However break fast was good.would recommend if you need to stay over in Bristol.

The check in man on 19th about 10pm was quite grumpy, but the kitchen staff were amazing at breakfast, the noise from classes woke my toddler up after a long flight that wasnt great. I just needed sleep. Found a flea on the windowsill I didn't see any others inside so hope it flew in. Breakfast was really good.

I only stayed one night, after i couldn't find a hotel with car parking nearer to city centre. Actually it worked out really well - lovely, modern hotel with restaurant and gym onsite. I'll be back next time i'm visiting Bristol.
