I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was very barren--no kleenex, no coffee machine, no ice machine, no sheet telling about services in the area--just a bed, tv, frig, microwave. Disappointing considering the price.

Loud, loud, Room 121 hard of hearing guests. Lobby doors slamming, people upstairs banging, loud stomping around horrible, would give me anither room loud

The noise went all night. Front desk manager was very rude and not very helpful. They moved my room to a worse room to try and accommodate me. I checked out early and stayed at another hotel.
