The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation.
The property boasts an excellent location on Plan de Corones /Kronplatz on 2200m above sea level, be the first on the slopes in the morning! In addition, there is a supermarket at the valley station of Percha/Perca.
