Nice staff but place was under repair or renovation and smelled of paint. Floors seemed sandy in the room. Location was great next to lighthouse ! Perhaps quality will improve after their renovations done.

The place is under construction. Wasn’t told anything about it. Contractors using the elevator so you have to wait for them or use the stairs. A lot of the parking lot is blocked off for them. Have to park across the street in downtown parking lot. The pool is closed due to the construction.

Stayed an overnight in St Simons, on my way north on 95. I enjoy staying in this town, and this property was walking distance to many restaurants. The property is undergoing a renovation, so I am sure I was in one of the older rooms. Despite the Reno, the hotel is doing its best to maintain service. The only thing that was a problem was that the landscapers fired up leaf blowers at 7am, for an hour.

Beautiful setting. As strong odor in room staff was very accommodating in helping me with this. I think the flooring though could you some special attention as it looked dusty. Was a very nice and spacious room. Would consider this hotel again.

We loved our stay at this property. Very friendly and helpful check in associate. Quirky is a good description for our room. It was clean but it was tight and had 3 doors in the room after we went into our room (2 for the bathroom and one for the "bedroom"). The lobby could have used a lot more seating for breakfast as there were only a couple of tables to sit at.
