The spacious and clean room. A real kitchen with real refrigerator and even 2 burners for cooking. The variety for breakfast was a delight. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel on Expedia. We have a registered emotional support dog. They said that emotional support dogs are not service animals and refused to waive the $100/night pet fee (the room cost us $122/night)!!! They tried telling us it was a Federal law and that emotional support dogs are considered pets. This is the second time a hotel has refused to waive the fee (both times in GA) and we’ve stayed at over 50 hotels with him over the years. We went across the street to the Country Inn & Suites and they had no problem waiving the fee.

Rooms are nice and clean with essentials. Staff told me I'd have a room toward the end of the building where I'd have easy access to my vehicle. They stuck us in a room by the lobby. The upstairs was loud all night with thumping. Like a laundry room upstairs of us or something. In the morning housekeeping knocked loudly even though we had our do not disturb sign hour before checkout. They also left only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Overall hotel ok, staff needs to do better. Will be staying somewhere else on our way through there again.

I was there for a couple nights with my family. Hotel and location are in good condition. The ugly thing happened when breakfast time. They were short of personal. Just 1 multitask person. Long lanes trying to get some coffee. Horrible. Hotel Crew at front desk without any guest for CK in/out didn't try to give a hand to breakfast personnel during the rush hour.. what a poor young lady it looks like a spider woman with 10 feet
