As a tea drinking Brit, please have milk and tea black bags in the room to go with the kettle. And please, Please, PLEASE put mugs or cups with handles in the room - the handle-less cups may look good but it’s impossible to hold anything hot. I’m surprised the hotel has not been sued for a scalding incident. Nb. The conference areas and restaurant have mugs with handles so why not the rooms - it makes no sense!!

This hotel is very modern. I love the automated window shades and the room is very spacious for a European hotel. Walkable to most tourist spots, specially to The Grand Place. I just didn’t feel very safe specially at night as it is close to a main metro station and a lot of sketchy people hanging around outside the hotel. But overall I really like this hotel.

Loved this place. I went with a friend and asked for seperate beds. Our personal beds where really nice and comfy, not to small not too big. Next to that I was mesmerised by the design and decor, especially from the heated pool. The staff was really kind!

Amazing hotel!

This hotel was incredible for the price. I walked in to the room and my mouth was agape - it was huge and super hi-tech and beautiful!! It was not in the best area of Brussels but the amenities and the room made up for it for the price! Plus the pool and the wraparound terrace on the 31st floor for the views!
