Condo gardens studio flats are clean and reasonably well equiped inside. But If your room is on street side, expect to hear a lot of noise from the street especially at night.

Adequate but iffy

Serviceable for a brief stay but very dingy. Had exactly one of many things (mug, towel) but did come with soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Included instant coffee/tea, sugar, and powdered cream which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower left a lot to be desired. Area of town felt quite sketchy; if you like to get home after dark I would pay the extra money to stay in city center, especially if you are solo and/or female.

The accomodstion served its purpose of providing a roof over our heads. However no net curtains covering the large windows. Limited crockery including one broken wine glass. Weak shower. Odd smell in the apartment. Strong smell of cigarettes and cannabis. Limited cleanliness. Near the red light districr.

The unit is in poor condition. No elevator. Bathroom was moldy. Sink light hard to reach. Toilet & Bathroom door not in good condition. Kitchen vent light not working. dishes not clean. No paper towel. I am very disappointed.

It was quiet at night, convenient the beds were comfortable. The room was quite clean but a bit tatty, it needed a new shower cubicle, curtains and redecorating.

My stay was exceptional, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. The service was outstanding, and the amenities made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Easy to reach from the tram. Arrived late & email provided details of how to get key. Room good size and clean with twin beds. All a bit tatty. General area doesn’t have the nicest feel. Bit run down, dirty & graffiti, but no problems.

Apartment was fairly clean but no air conditioning or fan so it was very warm. On the ground floor we could see and hear people walking past our window so we had to keep the curtains closed. Reception staff was friendly and there was parking available.
