Not somewhere I can recommend. I was eaten alive by bed bugs during a 3 night stay recently. Subsequently e-mailed the company who run the hotel to advise of this hygiene issue and 48 hrs later I've had zero response. Disgraceful.

Shocked and appalled by this hotel. Firstly upon checking in we found signs of BED BUGS. Have also seen other reviews on hotels.com stating the same thing, so multiple occurrences. We went to speak to the “receptionist” (person sat downstairs with a laptop) who had checked us in, explained the situation, and asked for a refund so that we could go and stay elsewhere. Long story short, they called their manager who agreed to a 50% refund. I left my phone number as was told the refund would be sorted the next morning. The refund never came, so messaged via hotels.com where I had booked the room, also emailed directly. Received no reply. Found a number online for the hotel, so sent them a WhatsApp message and tried to call them. Eventually got a call back after requesting one, as all correspondence to this point had been ignored. Was once again told they needed to speak to their manager in order to confirm and sort the refund. Received a message saying that the accountant was on holiday so this couldn’t be sorted straight away. I was stupid enough to fall for it. 3 months later I still have no refund, despite chasing regularly, so have been lied to by the property on multiple occasions. Would avoid due to bedbugs, as well as the duplicitous and shady business practises going on here. Pictures also made the room look a lot nicer than it was. Was very makeshift and basic.

Chilled relaxed hotel. Great location !!!!!!! Staff friendly. Breakfast self service. Available til 11am. Complimentary tea/coffee hot chocolate machine in lounge area all day/nice. Lovely wet room in bedroom. Nice view of garden square from most bedrooms

Great location and value for money.

Great stay. Small, but very homely room. Nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. Coffee maker. Nice views of park. Very friendly staff. They gave us extra coffees when we used our complimentary coffee up, and kindly gave us bottles of water when we were leaving the hotel for the day. Would Definitely stay again.

Room was well insulated, breakfast was good. Bed was very hard and pillows (1 each only) were very thin which was not ideal. Otherwise we had a great stay. The hotel was well situated for our travel.

The breakfast was really good and the hotel staff were great. Though its really a small room but its ok A little far from central station especially if you have luggages. The people outside especially late night were so noisy.

This hotel has been recently refurbished in a very bright style. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but mine was small. There are a few quirks - the shower and toilet are separated from the sleeping area by glass bricks, so there’s no real privacy if that is important. My room was also internal and very, very dark. The breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located for the historic centre and for public transport. It’s a good choice, but I’d want a room with an outlook if I stayed again.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a tram station and very central. In my opinion the service is the best. Staff were very helpful. My complaint is that the room I stayed in #201 has no privacy in terms of toilet and shower. You can literally see someone doing their business through frosted glass partitions. It was funny at first but then it got really inconvenient as I had to kick out my friend to use the toilet. So this specific room is not meant for friends travelling together. Not sure even couples would appreciate this no privacy thing. Maybe a little warning would be good. Or if there is my bad for not knowing. One more thing free breakfast was good. I would stay again but definitely will want a different room. Thanks Hotel Mila!

The location is great and easily accessible. The area feels safe. The room does not provide a stool or chair, not a desk either, it's rather inconvenient. However, both me and my friend received two strange whatsapp messages a week before our departure and indicating they need our confirmation about our credit card information. It was further find out that they are scam. So, I am unsure how this could have happened. Also, their staff changes daily. Other than that, the location is excellent.
