I have stayed in dozens of places in Bryan, and this place is now at the top of my list of favorites. Why? Because itâs a sweet, 3-bedroom, 1950s shingled house with a large, fenced backyard thatâs perfect for a dog; the native plants and greenery that fills the backyard; the sounds of birdsong in the morning; the convenient location, near everything, including a wonderful nearby park, but also very peaceful, and the warm, soft feel of a house thatâs seen a lot of love. The house reminds me of my childhood days (thereâs even a rotary phone), yet itâs modernized with great tech and really thoughtful accouterments. Such as a stand-up phone charger on a bedside table. TVs in two rooms. A big jar in the bathroom of all the things we might forget to bring (deodorant, toothpaste, etc.). Tons of toys and games for families. And, for coffee lovers, thereâs a complete, dream-come-true coffee bar.Itâs not a party house, but, for a couple or family seeking a safe, peaceful, enriching environment, this place gets my vote.
