The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facility, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
