This flat consists of a lobby, a bedroom, a kitchen, a work / dining area and a bathroom. There are no common areas with other people, the property is fully occupied, by the you only.

The room is warmly decorated and features a queen-size bed that has a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep, a sofa bed large enough for 2 people, quiet air conditioning, wardrobes with clothes hangers and personal storage, WiFi and a 4k TV. with a generous 130cm diagonal with Netflix.

The kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook: gas hob, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. but also coffee maker, kettle, microwave. A washing machine has also been introduced in the kitchen furniture.
