A rather unpleasent stay with a stetch on what was included in our stay. There is no terrace. Laundry is a single coin opperated washer in the lobby of a different building. The view to the "courtyard" is an empty alley where a homeless couple resides. (See pics.) They took zero responsibility and blamed everything on Hotels.com for the issues. Don't come here.

Perfect size for 3 adults. The staff were very helpful and assisted with arranging airport shuttles. Has a separate kitchenette with stove top and microwave, which made for a great space to sit around together. A beautiful neighbourhood with restaurants at every corner and a whole street one block over. Close to tram lines, the market, liberty bridge. This was the perfect central hub for our time in Budapest. Super easy check in and checkout process. Great value for money. Would stay again

Lovely clean spacious apartment in a brilliant locations. We had to extend our stay due to illness and stayed at Amber for 5 days, 2 nights in a medium studio and 3 nights in a large apartment. Both apartments were well equipped. The staff were very helpful and the communication was excellent.

I informed the staff that the wifi doesn’t work very well, they were not so interested in and didn’t try to find a solution. They just told me that other guests wouldn’t have this problem. They didn’t do anything although we stayed for four nights.

Great location, the staff was awesome, really helpful when needed... even though the check in location is different - same street so not an issue. we stayed mostly during the weekdays... so pretty quiet as well.
