This hotel was ideal for a city break in Budapest - around a 5/10 min walk to the Chain Bridge you could pop across into the livelier Pest side really easily but also just a 10 min walk up to the Castle on the Buda side. The bar was lovely and great value for money. Breakfast was fine and did the job. Views across the Danube amazing and the noon check out time was a plus! All the staff were really friendly and the hotel was very clean. We paid extra for a Danube View room with a view of Parliament - this was really special, especially when lit up at night time.

Great location , we stayed in the suite with Danube river view and we got some great photography shots. Excellent reception service, polite staff in the breakfast lounge, very children friendly. We had a little issue with the cleaning but it was quickly resolved for which we are very grateful. All I would say is , a little bit of refurbishment in the rooms would make this hotel absolutely perfect. Thank you for an amazing service and we will definitely come back again.

Not many options for food, staff at dinning area not very friendly. Did not receive 20% off per day for food. Was unable to check in early after a long flight and arrive at check in time and was told i still had to wait. Not many great options to eat in area min 25min walk to something decent, upgraded was the back side of hotel would have preferred facing the Hungarian Parliament Building

Hotel was very nice, would stay here again. Only issue was with the shower drain - it was draining very slowly leading to a very full bathtub. They did come and fix it but the problem started again the next day.
