Great location

We were spending a weekend in Budapest and chose the Emerald because of its central location. Our room had a lovely terrace (shame about the rain😢). The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Note there are no coat hooks so there was nowhere to hang our wet clothes. There is a major problem in the bathroom. The large bath was excellent but there is no separate shower. There is a “handheld” shower head but it was impossible to use it without flooding the bathroom. Others have praised the breakfast but sorry, I found it a bit dull and repetitive. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

We loved the new design of the building in contrast with the ancient church it shares space with. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Restaurant choices were wonderful too.

The Emerald Hotel is an excellent standard. It was opened around 2021 and has modern facilities and is well equipped. It is beautifully clean and the bathrooms maybe the best we've seen. Great power showers, choice of sprays, very clean and endless hot water, heavenly! The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. It's in a great location for shopping and accessing the tourist sights. All of which are walkable. I can't recommend highly enough! We had a wonderful stay!

Had an issue with the booking to begin with in which the manager helped excellently and ensured we were prioritised and happy with their changes, would recommend to anyone staying here as it is in a great location and the place is lovely, also the staff are all very friendly and helpful - like their manager!

Location is amazing ! 5-10 minutes from every where you want to go . Breakfast was excellent and the service as well. Room was clean a bit small but comfortable. I suggest you consider eco friendly and have a hanger for towels so no need to change every day .

Very good hotel overall. Check in was smooth. Room was small but well-appointed and clean, quiet. Bed was not the most comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Hotel was quiet. In excellent location, walking distance to major Pest tourist attractions near Vaci street.

The Emerald hotel was lovely. Very clean, comfortable bed. GREAT location. We could hear the lift shaft in room 424 but we had ear plugs. My only advice if youre a light dleeper would be to take ear buds or ask to be away from the lifts.

El hotel es hermoso. Sus servicios son muy buenos y la atención de su personal cuidado y amable. El desayuno es excelente y muy completo. Buena ubicación. El único problema que le encuentro es que las camas son verdaderamente incomodas! Almohadas feas a mi gusto y en una cama matrimonial tienen dos edredones individuales cortos y angostos. Al moverte se desarma y te destapas! Horrible. Muy incómodo.
