Wonderful hotel, in a great location in Budapest, closer to the Opera House, St Stephen Church, and many other attractions, a lot of shop and restaurants close by to eat, and the breakfast perfect also, break relax room for water and coffee 24 hours, one thing to mention is the staff they were the best, they did everything to make me feel like home or even better, I really enjoyed and I and thankful for that, thank you

Very nice hotel in a great location. Central to everything. The reason for 4 stars is our AC was not working very well and my wife likes the room very cold. Also, breakfast was just OK. Some days items took too long to replenish

Wonderful place. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. Same place function also as an oriental restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service. Rooms are well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionists that I have met, and not for the first time, Zsófia and Kinga, were extremely friendly and professional. I have no complaints. Great hotel & would definitely stay here again if we return to Budapest. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. They let us check in 1.5 hours before posted check in time. Hotel located on a luxury shopping street within short walk (3 minutes) to sights. Many excellent, reasonably priced restaurants to choose from less than a block from hotel. Hotel room very clean at check-in and cleaned daily and well during stay. Breakfast buffet outstanding & caters to both North American (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, several different breads) and European tastes. Smoked salmon and cold cuts excellent quality. Over half a dozen different pastries to choose from, including pie. Also had about six different cheeses. Bacon cooked to perfection. Their peach juice was delicious. They also had sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc. They also have a complimentary coffee / tea bar with cold water to refill water bottles. Bed firm and comfortable. Shower pressure very good. Good quality toilet paper. Booked through Expedia which was less expensive than booking directly through hotel.

One thing that stands out among all others is how friendly and helpful their staff is. You have a need, they solve your problems. Breakfast buffet offers a large variety of food options. Top floor room offers view from the Liberty Statue to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Easy access to buses, trams and subway. Highly recommended!

This hotel perfectly met our needs. It was close to most of what we wanted to see by foot or within walking distance to any public transportation we used. It felt incredibly safe, was very clean, and the breakfast provided a lot of great options. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly helpful which is important when you need any type of support during your stay. The property manager also checked in with me halfway through our stay and that to me is a sign that they care about their guests' stay.
