You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Budva City - Private Pool - Authentic Stone House
We are the owners of the house and we strive to proved the best experience possible to our guests. This is the only house we rent out in Montenegro. We provide house cleaning and we change towels and bed linens weekly. The pool (OPEN from JUN-SEP) is cleaned 3 times per week and you can call us any time if you have questions or special requests.
You will be located only 800 meters or less than 15 minutes walking to the beach.
The house consist of 2 identical apartments (each has 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom) , with separate entrances. We rent the whole house to one group at a time (there are never guests that you do not know at the house).
LIVING AREA
Property has one living areas on each level of the building. The living areas are both spacious and include sofas, coffee tables, cabinets, dining tables with seating, Satellite TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN
The house has two kitchens, one on each level. The kitchens include ovens, dishwashers, kettles, toasters, small fridges and all other cooking utensils and cutlery for staying guests.
BEDROOMS
Has a total of four separate bedrooms, with two bedrooms on each level of the property.
This property has one queen size bed bedroom, with the remaining bedrooms having two single beds each.
There is also additional sleeping space for two extra persons on the sofa beds in living areas.
BATHROOM
Has a total of two separate bathrooms.
The bathrooms include shower cubicles, washbasins, mirrors and WC.
UTILITIES
Well equipped for staying guests, and would offer: washing machine, dishwasher, private swimming pool, garden furniture, built in outdoor barbecue, sun loungers, hairdryer, Internet WiFi modem and iron with ironing board.
GARDEN
Has terraces on each floor which offer great sea views, which look on towards the old town of Budva. There is ample garden space, with parts that are shaded from the sun in the hot summer months;making it ideal for guests wishing to eat alfresco meals.
Also has a large private swimming pool, which is maintained on a weekly basis. The pool is a great place for guests to relax, sunbath and have fun.
The pool is in service from June until late September!
PARKING
Street parking is usually available close to the house, although during the peek season it can be hard to find a spot.
There are approximately 30 step to reach the house from the street.
ACCESS
Spread over two levels and there are stairs leading up to the property, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is not wheelchair accessible.
CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE
This property is cleaned on a weekly basis with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen replaced on this day.
Please note that the swimming pool (open JUN-SEP) is also maintained at lest twice per week.
