We had a terrible Experience – Avoid This Property. Our reservation was canceled without any explanation, and the property never responded to our calls or messages. They kept our money and were completely unresponsive. When we went to the location to chat with someone, we couldn’t even find the property. The surrounding area felt unsafe a run down. This was extremely unprofessional of them. Weeks after the booking, we still have not received any type of communication with the property owner and are still working on getting our refund back (which is for a substantial amount).
