The staff was super accommodating and very polite!! The hotel is very nice looking but the rooms have a smell to them but they were clean. I requested to be moved because my room smell was bad. The next room still had a smell but not as bad we sprayed Lysol and wiped down counters and it helped. For the price I would stay again if needed to be in the area.

They are going through a remodel and we had to change rooms 3 times. Rooms were supposed to have 2 tvs and we were told they took out the living room ones to change them. There was rust in the closets. Tv in master bedroom for 1 room had lines through it. The girl in the office was nice enough to change us rooms until we were comfortable. Pool and fitness room was closed and those are important amenities for my family. It was a mess and we were offered free cancelation but I had nowhere else to go with my kids.

Room was dirty, shower had black mold, sliding doors were off track and had gaps so bugs were getting in our room. No extra blankets, general manager refuses to return calls or messages. Go somewhere else.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

The room only had 2 towels an 1 wash cloth. When extra towels were requested, we were told that they could give us only one towel. When I explained that the room was not fully stocked to begin with I was told by Emanuel the so called General Manager that it was not his problem and that we should have brought towels with us. The room had a foul odor that made my family and I sick to our stomachs! The couch cushions were off, the blinds would not stay closed, multiple rooms along the parking lot are boarded up, our room had a broken window, the bath tub would not drain and there were stains on the curtains. This hotel needs to be shut DOWN!

Great service and comfort!

Beautiful place with friendly staff. So comfy and relaxing. They were having some construction and remodeling going on, but with just coming into spring, we didn't mind. They were very respectful of our comfort and privacy, and made our stay really great. Definitely will stay here again!

Very disappointed, mini refrigerator still had food inside, toilet couldn’t flush. Move to different room but air conditioner wasn’t working, I was told from front desk someone from maintenance will come to my room to fix air conditioner and will be there in 5 minutes. Waited more than 5 minutes called front desk couple of times no one answer the phone just kept ring. The room was hot, tv remote battery cover was missing, bathroom door was hard to slide. Soft cover wasn’t put on correctly you can see cushion. The pictures you see online that are posted is not what you will see in person. Never again will I stay here I paid to much for a one night stay.
