Not a great experience

Curtains were not black-out. We were on the first floor so every time a car pulled into the parking lot the headlights were blinding. Garbage all over the parking lot. No carts available 24/7 to transport luggage to room. We checked in around 9:30-10pm after a long road trip, we were tired and hungry and just wanted to get to our room. Had small children with us. They said there was no cart available, we pointed to one behind the desk and guy said it was after hours so it wasn’t available. Huh? Sheets were too rough. No comforters, just sheets. Front desk not helpful at all. Only good thing is that Disneyland is like 10 min away.

Not too happy with my stay, they gave me a room that had a strong urine odor and I’m sure they knew because the window was open. After report it to front desk they change me to another room. After this incident I was not comfortable anymore just thinking that the rooms are not clean and bed sheets are probably not wash.

Good choice for what we needed

Checked in with me and my two kids, I liked the room was on the 3rd floor which you need a key to enter the hallway to get to the rooms. Traveling with kids I am not a fan of outdoor hallways but they checked me in without asking. Check in was easy, we arrived late at night and had to circle the building to find the entrance but overall the rooms were clean and the A/C was cold. For the price it was good option for 2 nights, close to Knotts.

It was close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was great. Our room was the farthest room to the other side of the building and was inconvenient with kid and luggage with only one way in on the opposite from our room on the 3rd floor and malfunctioning of key cards. I would definitely stay again with a closer room to entrance.
