We stayed in a family unit with my husband and 4 kids including a newborn , it was nice , breakfast was great , pool was awesome but soo many bugs , from roaches , ants and other bugs getting all over our stuff. Ended up having to dusty all our things out once we arrived home. Wish we would have gotten a different room.

The rooms weren’t that clean, you could tell that they had basic wipe downs w/missed areas. We had to switch rooms due to loud music from the upstairs guest. Rooms were spacious and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.

Better of the hotels in the area for the cost

A regular patron at this hotel when I am in the Buena Park area and in need of a place to stay. On this trip, I was charged a $39 early check-in fee on top of my Hotels.com rate and the hundred dollar deposit which is standard for this location. Not thrilled about the early check-in As I was only an hour and a half from the scheduled to check in time
