Our first room the batteries to the fire detector didn’t work/ we had to move. They were quick and gracious. This new room is nice and big. Problem is I came out of the bathroom and I found a smal black bug crawling in and about of the wall. Too late to switch rooms. My kids are asleep. I don’t know how I will sleep!

The room was extremely clean, and the staff was great, very accommodating when possible. It seemed that this area attracts an element of rough traffic, so I had my senses on alert, but it wasn't necessary. We slept well: quiet environment, comfortable bedding, convenient in-room amenities; just a really good deal on a utilitarian room near Knott's Berry Farm. The pictures make this place look a lot nicer than reality, but I'd stay there again when on a budget.

Everything was awesome, but I did see 2 cockroaches in my room. A small one when it got there on Tuesday and one big one yesterday when I came back from Knott's Berry Farm. Other then that everything else was amazing.

There were bugs in the room but seemed like staff were taking measures to remove them. I specifically saw them crawling on the top of the desk. Hot and cold were backwards to sign which made for a very uncomfortable first shower. Overall property has trash in parking areas. The beds seemed fine and outside the cleanliness issues I had no real issues with the stay.

We've stayed here in the past and had good experiences, but this time the room was filthy with leftover food, dirt and cockroaches.The shower had no water pressure and was only barely warm when it wasn't cold because they ran out of hot water. When I asked if they were having water problems I was told that they don't have big enough boilers, so it's a constant problem. The door was not sealed well enough, so I assume that's why the cockroaches could get in so easily...plus everyone's cigarette and pot smoke. It's supposed to be a non-smoking property with smoking only allowed 100 feet from the rooms, but everyone was smoking right outside their doors. Our neighbors had a party every night complete with ukulele and singing. Ok up until about 9pm, but they had no consideration and kept singing until 1-2am. I called the front desk and they said they would speak to them, but doubt that ever happened. It's a shame that this hotel has gotten so bad because the location and the price are amazing. It's a short walk to Knott's Berry Farm or a very cheap Uber ride (cheaper than the cost of parking for round trip rides). Unfortunately we will not be returning. Hopefully we didn't bring any roach families home in our luggage.
