Tried 2 rooms. Both had pee stains and black mold on the underside of the sofa bed mattresses. The smell in one of the rooms was far worse than the other. We were told that these were the suites...lol. Ended up having to find a different hotel @ 1:30 am that would suit our family. Took over 3 and a half days before they agreed to refund our money to expedia.

You get what you pay for

Quick and easy check in. I’ll just say you get what you pay for Room was basic it did have a fridge and microwave.it’s in the line of a motel 7 yes I said 7 cause it’s one step above. It’s an outdoor Hotel parking was in front of my room.My husband said there some kind of breakfast up front. No issues but I like things a lil more upscale.

Found a huge cockroach in my room! When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, Gen who works the front desk she just gave me nothing but straight attitude with no resolution. She just said you purchased through expedia we cannot do anything. Working in customer service myself i was disappointed at the lack of professionalism.

The area was quiet and good customer service, but the room was dirty. Shower had a lot of hairs all over and weird dirt spots all over the tile. The pull out sofa was very over used and uncomfortable.

We stayed here to go to Disneyland. Easy uber ride there and back! Front desk was super sweet and helpful! Easy walk to get a bite! We did mideavil times and that was so worth it! A block and a half walk there! Also ate at rock n brew and broken yolk. All great spots great food and service! I’m a single mom and I felt safe walking with my two kids at night there.

Loved the complimentary breakfast. Room was fine, housekeeping came to clean everyday but every morning we woke up, there were ants coming out of the bathroom sink.
