Our bed and room were clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Loved the rocking chairs outside the check in space. The Mexican restaurant next door was nice for dinner. You can tell it’s an old motel remade into a lodge.

Quaint place for a 1 night stay! Room was comfortable and Barbara welcomed us with joy and professionalism. Love all the dog photos in the lobby!

Comfortable Stay with Great Service – Perfect Start to Our Trip We had a wonderful stay at Loyal Duke Lodge — the perfect start to our Colorado road trip! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, including helping us with a crib setup. The room was cozy and clean, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long drive. Breakfast was great, to start the day right. Would happily stay here again — thank you for the hospitality!

Booked this place 2 months ago before my stay and we got the worst room. I understand it’s holiday weekend, but room should be assigned first booked basis. Don’t know if it’s racism! It seemed the room was an extension of another property. The shower space was super small!! 4x4 area and shower water never reached me. All shower water was hitting on wall behind. We couldn’t shower, which is terrible. The main reason for stay is to get good shower after long hike and good night sleep. Which this hotel didn’t meet the criteria.

Nice space and views. A little bit underwhelmed relative to the overall reviews, but not disappointed at all based on the cost. If you are looking for a clean, well-located spot at a reasonable price, this will do the trick.

The room was ok but because I stayed more than one day I couldn't get my room clean daily or get clean towels. The show was so small I couldn't take a show just stood the side of shower head and splashed water on myself. If you steep all the way in the shower the shower head hit right at your head so you would have to get your hair wet like it or not I left 2nd day of a 3 night stay and I wasn't asked why and I doubt I will get a refund for the pre paid 3rd night.

Parking was difficult and sparse. The room was clean but condition was poor. Bathroom wasnot clean. Location was fine. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner did not keep room cool in summer.
