Pleasant one-bedroom apartment, very well located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood, well known for its nightlife; you will be three blocks from Santa Fe Avenue (Pza Italia subway station and numerous bus lines) and a few blocks from the famous Plaza Cortazar, in an area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and design shops.
The 60 m² apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern building with a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. It has two perfectly distributed rooms: a living-dining room with a high-quality, very comfortable sofa bed, a dining table for four people, and an open-plan kitchen with a bar. One bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a dressing room, a full en-suite bathroom, and a shower room. It is equipped with high speed fiber Internet (WiFi), cable TV (flat screen), stereo, Play1 Sonos, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, telephone, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (1 simple filter and 1 Nespresso), dishes, kitchen utensils, sheets and towels, and a safe. Cleaning service at the end of your stay is included.
