The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, they need to work on some details, such as the water in the room, and check if the heater/AC works properly. The hotel is brand new and has considerable potential. For the business trip, it worked very well. Many thanks!

O quarto é compacto, mas razoável — atende bem para quem busca apenas um espaço para descansar. No entanto, vale um alerta importante: o quarto 605 fica colado ao elevador, que é bem antigo e por vezes parava com um leve desnível entre os andares. Confesso que fiquei um pouco chocada com isso. A internet é um ponto bem negativo. Para quem viaja, mas precisa manter respostas de trabalho em dia, é um desafio real — o sinal é fraco e instável, o que acaba comprometendo a produtividade. Em contrapartida, a localização é excelente! Há opções para todos os gostos e muita coisa pode ser feita a pé, o que facilita demais a rotina e economiza tempo. Outro destaque positivo vai para a recepcionista que nos atendeu no dia 04 — extremamente cordial, atenciosa e resolutiva. Tive um problema simples, mas que demorou a ser resolvido: precisei de um ferro de passar (que foi oferecido no check-in), solicitei às 6h da manhã e só consegui usar por volta das 15h. Mesmo assim, ela se mostrou empenhada o tempo todo em tentar resolver, e isso fez diferença. No geral, é um hotel de bom custo-benefício, mas com pontos que poderiam ser aprimorados: a internet é fraca, a TV só funciona com streaming próprio, e o elevador realmente precisa de manutenção. Ainda assim, para quem prioriza localização e atendimento cordial, pode ser uma boa escolha.
