The hotel is in two words, run down. The photos are no where near a true representation of the actual rooms. It is advertised as having a buffet breakfast but I got a voucher to use in a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There was no Buffett I was told to sit down. I ordered eggs, toast and an orange juice. The toast turned up 5 minutes after I had finished the eggs. When I got up to leave, I was told that I had to pay $1.700, I tried to complain but 8 was told that the breakfast was only the drinks? When I discussed this with the hotel, the manager said the same and laughed it off. Avoid at all costs.

Not worth it

My room was not even close to the pics they show on the internet, small room, small bathroom with an old and tiny tv, not even the remote control worked, the bed was uncomfortable, i won’t recommend it

The location is central, with many restaurants, bars and shopping closeby. Its an old, dark building, and the room was plain, but good for a very low price.

The hotel clerk is very friendly and helpful. The location is center in most of the attractions. close to super market and stores. The place is safe and root is clean.

Basic central Hotel with very helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay at Frossard mainly because the staff were so helpful and as we are independent travellers so this was an advantage. The Hotel is very basic but clean. The Hotel is heated so we were never cold and WiFi internet was reliable. Bed was comfortable, although linen and bedding was quite old and dated. It is in a very good central location, we felt safe and it was very quiet.

Hotel in the heart of BA

The hotel was once beautiful architecturally. We loved the old cage elevator, stained glass windows,dental molding and medallions . The curved wooden staircase was beautiful . The rooms were clean but very ugly and not particularly comfortable. The staff were all bilingual and very helpful.

lPleasant hotel slightly old-fashioned but well-maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Situated in convenient location and as it was abudget hotel it fulfilled all my expectations. Happy with my stay and would recommend it.

A moça que nos atendeu foi atenciosa, pra tomar banho é terrível, cortina grudando no corpo e molhando o banheiro . O café da manhã é simples, 3 torradas ou 2 croissant e 1 cafe e 1 suco de laranja e mais nada. O Hotel é antigo e os móveis também.

Lastimosamente fuimos en plena remodelación del hotel, parecia una pelicula de terror, no tuvieron el cuidado de cerrar el area de habitaciones en remodelación, tuvimos que ver estas habitaciones oscuras y con mobiliario viejo que hasta nos dió escalofrios. La habitación que nos proporcionaron era peqaueñita para 3 personas, camas viejas, aguadas, las patas flojas, y la ropa de cama olia muy mal. Con respecto al personal fue muy amable, pero deberia de estar funcionando si no tienen habitaciones preparadas.
