We thought there was a pool but there was no information about it and you had to enquire about it through the spa. One of the lamps in the room gave me a slight electrical shock. They replaced it. The kettle didn’t work. They replaced it. There was only tea and sugar. No coffee or milk. Bathroom door was opaque with toilet just behind it. I felt there was no privacy. Staff were wonderful. The room was spacious.

It is central to many “must see” locations. We walked all over to Recoleta Cemetery, water front, Plaza de Mayo, Retiro, San Telmo, Teatro Colon, museum of Arts, local steak and coffee restaurants etc. Easy walks everywhere. Sunday market in front of hotel was fun to explore local artisans.

Great location

It was a good stay at Kenton Palace. The place was clean and rooms were big with 2 double beds. The reception staff Sebastian was amazing and went out of his way to help us. There were couple of staff who were not so friendly. It was quite central and walking distance to restaurants and the main Mayo square. Would stay there again if in Buenos Aires.

Smack in the middle of everything you need to do and see. The big Argentina red and yellow bus stop is just across the street. Made it convenient. Also it’s in the middle of the Sunday street market just open the door and you are there!

Mid-range hotel with good location

It felt more like a 3* hotel than a 4*. Service from reception desk was good. Rooms were clean but old. The pool is only open for a small amount of time and you have to pay extra for it. No onsite bar or restaurant and the breakfast is ok. The location is amazing though.

Good clean property in the old city. You can eadily walk to lots of the sites. Front dedk staff were outstanding snd they provided exchange US$ at very good rate.
