Staying here is like being in an episode of Fawlty Towers. You have to ask several times for simple things ie towells, and dont even consider ordering a taxi pick up at the airport, which they offer. I sent several messages over 12 days and heard nothing. At the hotel they just stared at me. Their business is mostly tour groups so they dont need to worry about catering to new customers. I wont return. There are many other hotels in the same area.

I didn’t hate our stay but was disappointed by a lot of things. Elevators were small. The room advertised as Superior is not the room available. Not all superior rooms have large space or a balcony, in fact only ONE room had a balcony. The worst part was is I showed the staff that it was advertised that all superior rooms (which I paid extra for) were big with balconies they told me that was not true AND kept insisting I didn’t pay extra when I did pay an extra $200 a night for the space advertised. The street next to us was noisy with honking all hours of the day and the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear people just watching TV in other rooms. Though there were nice staff members, there was one that I informed about an issue with our door and he blamed me saying I wasn’t doing it properly when in fact it was the hotel door that ran out of battery. Then they said they had to buy batteries to let us in our room and we were late to the event we had to go to since we were trying to change. The breakfast was sub par, not much available and not very good at all. It just was pastries, some fruit, lukewarm scrambled eggs and like some store bought ham. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if you’re staying here where it’s located is great and central to pretty much everything, and it’s a safe area but I wouldn’t pay extra for the superior room and just be aware that it’s extremely noisy. I only rated above two stars because the room itself was not a bad size.

Staff at the reception was welcoming (unlike the EFE hotel across the street), but the rooms are in desperate need of renovation, especially the bathroom is outdated and a bit moldy. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. No kettle in the room which isn’t clear at time of booking. Expected more for the relatively high price. Will stay elsewhere next time.

El hotel siempre impecable. La habitación limpia y camas cómodas. El personal desde recepción a limpieza siempre amables y atentos si tenés alguna duda. El desayuno es variado y muy rico todo,la vez anterior que me aloje lo disfruté mucho. Esta vez me perdí el desayuno porque mí vuelo era muy temprano. Ubicación del hotel cerca a Galerías Pacífico, pleno centro para conectarse rápido. Sin duda me volveria a alojar acá.

Every time a hotel tries to make me check in using a shady website that requires an ID photo, it gives me the worst expectation for the stay and honestly, makes me want to switch accommodation. Unfortunately, it was a little too late for that in this case and we ended up staying regardless. The room was big, if a little barren. No view at all and not the type of window you’d open the blinds at any point. Front desk staff were very friendly and probably the highlight of my stay.
