What a great stay! Great, old-school 2 flat apartment that smelled like my childhood home - warm wood and plaster combining to make a great old-house smell. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfy and Aaron generously left coffee pods and a bottle of wine! i needed to call because I couldn't figure out the key pad and he answered immediately and patiently walked me through. We loved the neighborhood - so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. A really wonderful stay!
This was a great spot to get time away together. The place was super cute, Aaron was flexible, helpful and easy to reach. Location was great, parking was a bit tricky at times. Great to have a porch. Canât go wrong staying here! Great host.
From the moment we opened the door we felt at home. The We were able to walk around the neighborhood and the best part was sitting on the front porch just enjoying the day.inside is beautifully designed and upgraded in the kitchen.
We traveled 4 states and 4 rentals. This house is by-far the largest and best yet. Very clean, larger than expected, amazing communications with landlord when we locked ourselves out, and it was late night. We will definitely staystay here again
This is a really nice property on a quiet street, which served as a great place to relax and take a break between exploring Buffalo and the surrounding area. Upstairs tenants are quiet, and the apartment was very clean and ready for us.
Perfect dog-friendly home for our week in Buffalo!
This place was perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog! There is a small fenced-in backyard, which is easily accessed from the back door. We took along a Kong mat, which came in handy on the cold ground in March. And we took two blankets to cover the couches (a full size couch and a loveseat size couch), since our dog spends a lot of time on our couches at home. The couches are a light beige, so we took care to keep them clean! The location is a short drive to everything. It's also very walkable to the Richardson Hotel and the lovely grounds around the hotel. There is only street parking and you have to pay attention to which side to park on during different days, but we never had to park more than one block away! And we very often parked right in front of the house.
Stayed here for a couple of nights while in town visiting. The property was clean, but could use some updating. Plenty of essentials provided if we needed them.
Sweet rental near a lovely business district in Buffalo
Loved my stay here. The property is quiet, tucked away on a side street, but there is lots to do and see within walking distance. Parking could always be found. Aaron was kind and helpful with any issues. Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward.
Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable.
This was my second stay and I canât say enough about this place. Itâs such a beautiful home that is close to everything you need. Even though I had engagements in buffalo to attend, I found myself wanting to cozy up on the couch and watch TV instead. The street parking can be a bit intimidating but I lucked out in finding spots right in front of the home almost every time. If you canât parallel park, youâll be in for a bad time, but there is always ample street parking on Forest Ave with a short walk to the home.
This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We came to see our son, who plays menâs soccer for the Bengals at Buff State. Great location - short walk to Elmwood Ave and the college!
Property was as described. Clean and some nice features; single cup coffee maker and pods, wine for reasonable purchase price and a front porch. Odd setup in bedrooms, both beds up against walls, no nightstands or lights that could be operated from bed. Bathroom was clean, but not a great shower. Owner was responsive.
The property was clean and exactly how described. The property was close to things to do in Buffalo (about 10 minutes from most shops and restaurants). We loved the original features of the home. We would definitely stay here again!
We were really happy with our stay! Stayed here for a wedding at the richardson hotel which is in walking distance. Also happy with the walking distance to some bars. Overall great stay! Thanks again!
Stayed 2 nights. Great place, fitted our needs perfect. Loved the personal touch of the sign on the bedroom door. The neighbourhood is great and very walkable. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the area.
We had a great time during our stay. Close enough to walk to a few of the restaurants and bars around. Clean place with an easy check in process. Would recommend!
