The room was clean and as expected for a cheaper hotel. Nothing fancy but did the trick for a quick night away. The breakfast was really good in the morning as well. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage. The only thing was there weren't enough towels for the shower and no extra blankets in the room. I'm sure if we called to the front we could've asked for more but we were up early and out by 715am so we just used the smaller towels and left.

The overall condition of this hotel was unkept and felt unclean. Limited towels available. Breakfast was poor. Would not stay here again. I expected better froma hotel using the Best Western name.Seems like no one is checking up on these hotels to make sure they meet standards.Very expensive stay for this level of hotel.

The room was cold upon arrival and it took about 2-3 hours to get it warm. Heating system seem outdated or in need of repairs. A space heater was left in the room so i used it to my advantage. Housekeeping never cleaned our room upon request. They lied to the front desk and said that we had a do not disturb on our door while we were out. There were leaks in the hallway from the rain and snow. Not appealing to share buckets in the hallway,

On day 1 bathroom door would not open. Worker had to use metal rod to get open. No hair dryer in room or any at front. Morning of day 2 our door to hallway would not open. We tried for over an hour but dead bolt was jammed. Front desk clerk came and also could not open. Finally had to pry open door breaking deadbolt. Door was no unlocked rest of stay. My travelling companion had a panic attack as there was no way out of room. This was a major safety concern. Then door not being able to lock was another safety concern. Front desk did minimal to compensate for this huge issue. Only offered 15% off one night. Was then told I would be called with nights being compted for stay. No call yet and have been charged for entire stay. Will be contacting Best Western directly about this incredibly dangerous situation.

Hotel was old and falling apart. There were holes in the bathroom in our room and the lobby bathroom. The outlet was cut in half and looked dangerous. There was mold in the faucet where the water comes out. Felt gross being there. Definitely not worth $250 a night.

Everything was wonderful starting from the staff at the front desk to the maintenance lady. They were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I’m definitely coming back here when I come back to visit again.
