Very close to airport and the attached restaurant wasn’t bad but the room itself was terrible. It was incredibly noisy and not very clean old and needed updating air conditioning was really loud we cut our stay short!

Worse stay ever

I booked two rooms for a night only. This hotel is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The high price I paid definitely does not suit the terrible quality of the room and the service we got in return. The rooms they gave us were not clean at all. There was a dirty sock under the tv table and the sheets were not clean. I could’ve probably ignored that, but what made it worse was the bathroom. There was dirt and bugs under the bathroom table. Another thing that just added to it was the iron. When I tried ironing my clothes in the morning, it wasn’t getting hot enough to do anything it was very cold and wasn’t working.

Our room was fairly clean but some of the hallways and doors were very dirty. The electricity in our room went out around 1am and it was not fixed until late morning. The complimentary airport shuttle was on time and the driver was ver helpful

Requested extra bed and said it was not available. Instead of bed, try to give mattress covers. Not sure what to do those 🤔. The refrigerator is hot and it’s not working food got spoiled. Overall my experience was below average.

The pictures tell a different story than what I saw. The for was dirty, the toilet seat was used and old (needs to be replaced), the front door and bathroom walls had old liquid stains, very shabby dingy looking room. Upset. Paid almost $200 during the holiday to stay in a room that should have been $70. I'll stick with the big named Hotels. My pictures online will tell the truth

Room was dirty and wouldn't cool down. Elevator was creaking badly and took a lot longer that it should just to get to the 2nd floor. Hotel is very dated and in need of renovation.
