Convenient to UB. I liked that they had a special area set up for families to take pictures with their UB graduates. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shower was spacious and had good water pressure. Great bath essentials provided. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillows were not at all comfortable. Like typical hotel pillows these days, they flattened out immediately when your head hit them making them virtually useless. Didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. Breakfast was excellent with great, fresh options. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely be back.

Where happiness lives.

Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by a very nice older gentleman who is very friendly and welcoming. Opening the door to our room was a very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV with apps was awesome since we enjoy listening to rain and thunder for sleeping. The bathroom was very clean, shampoo conditioner body wash was awesome too. The breakfast choices were very good, hot and cold breakfast.

Overall, my stay was great! The only downfall the walls are not properly installed on different occasions I could hear the person next door urinating while I was brushing my teeth in my room and also pulling up and down the blinds in the morning and at night, as well.
