Was good for the kids to use the pool.and being close to the mall was a plus. We stayed in the Atrium room first floor and it was clean but outdated like from the 70's and the tub was chipped and the doors wouldn't close properly . There was a ton of hockey teams there that partied in the atrium till 3 am . Breakfast was sufficient eggs home fries sausage patties toast bagels cereal yogurt coffee and juice

The shower and sink were slow to drain water so taking a shower was like standing in dirty water. The power also went out and stayed out for several hours. Parking was a nightmare as the hotel was full. People even parked in the handicap spaces without a handicap tag. I was unable to get a receipt because the computer system was down.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great food in restaurant. Building was under construction so i unfortunately could not enjoy some things i was looking forward to but that was out of their control. It was an overall pleasant experience and right next to a lot of shops and places to eat.

Hotel needs a major update. Looks like a hotel that was built in the 80's,which it was. Seems rooms filled up early as we were given a handicapped room, which we are not.(Hate that if someone needed a Handicapped room we were in it unnecessarily.) Service was good, beds very uncomfortable.

The room was hot and stuffy. Walls paper thin. Could hear neighbours until 4am. Then was woken up by an alarm in another room. Worst night sleep ever. Or should I say I didn’t sleep. Upset that I pay good money to be disturbed all night.

I know it was on a weekend when the Bills were playing but when we went to Twigs for food and drink waited 15 minutes for our first drink and then almost an hour for food,they were understaffed knowing it was a game weekend. Staff was great and very friendly, room was comfortable and clean.
