This charming country house is located in a privileged area in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by spectacular natural landscapes and offering wonderful views over the countryside. Its peaceful and quiet setting ensures privacy and relaxation, while still being just a few steps away from all essential services: the picturesque village of Búger, the smallest municipality on the island, is only a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Búger is known for its authentic Mallorcan atmosphere, narrow streets, stone houses and a relaxed vibe that invites you to stroll around. In the village square you will find cafés, small local shops, traditional bakeries and a weekly market offering fresh local produce and artisan goods. Its elevated position also provides beautiful views over the Serra de Tramuntana and the Pla de Mallorca, making it an ideal spot for those seeking tranquillity without feeling isolated.

Its excellent location allows you to enjoy both rural life and the vibrant coastline. Within just 15 minutes by car you can reach Puerto de Alcúdia and some of the island’s most renowned beaches, such as Aucanada, Alcúdia Beach, Playa de Muro, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Formentor or Can Picafort.

The house is distributed into a cosy living-dining area, a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen and three double bedrooms: two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms — one featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and the other a shower — and a third bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The property offers spacious furnished terraces and porches, perfect for outdoor relaxation, as well as a wonderful 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with loungers. The house also features air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Northern Mallorca offers a wide range of cultural attractions: the Roman bridge of Pollensa, the Calvari steps, the Roman Theatre of Alcúdia, the ancient ruins of Pollentia and the historic walled town of Alcúdia, where open-air theatre performances take place during the summer months.

For sports enthusiasts, the area is a true paradise: sailing, paragliding in Son Sant Martí, horse riding, hiking, cycling and golf — the nearest being the Pollensa Golf Course. Each year, major sporting events such as the “IronMan” and the “312” race are held in Puerto de Alcúdia. A perfect destination for those looking to combine relaxation, nature and activity.
