Lovely and charming stone cottage in Buger, an enchanting village in the north of Mallorca.

The property covers 10,000 m2, which provides great privacy.

In the exterior area, the house has a large kidney-shaped swimming pool with sun loungers and a Balinese bed.

The house is located in a protected area with many trees and vegetation,

for this reason, making fires is prohibited, but it has an electric barbecue for guests' use.

The house is in rustic style with a vaulted ceiling, which provides great coolness and brightness to the rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, dishwasher, oven, microwave, open to the dining room with air conditioning.

There are two bedrooms, both exterior, the master bedroom also has air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, one of which is located outside the house.



Buger is a small village of around 1,000 inhabitants. It is located in the Raiger region and has an important historical legacy. The natural cave of Can Mossenya and the talayotic settlement of Rafal des Puig are the oldest vestiges of human occupation in the area.
