Surrounded by an elegant wooden terrace with 10 sun loungers, it is the perfect spot to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Next to the pool, an outdoor barbecue area with a gas kitchen invites guests to enjoy long summer evenings, savoring local specialties under a starlit sky.
Inside, the villa impresses with its warm and modern design, designed for maximum comfort. The living-dining area, equipped with satellite TV, is a cozy space to spend quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Dolçe Gusto, induction hob, all necessary kitchen utensils, and a blender, making cooking a pleasure. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for a hassle-free stay.
For those looking for a special corner to relax, the villa features a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for reading. Regarding the bedrooms, the house offers three rooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Additionally, upon request, two extra rooms with private bathrooms, each with two single beds, can be made available, expanding the villa's capacity.
Designed with families in mind, the villa is fully equipped with a changing table, baby cots, high chairs, pool toys, baby monitor, bed rails, night light, and bottle sterilizer, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for young children.
This oasis of peace allows guests to fully disconnect from daily stress. At night, the star-filled sky is breathtaking, while during the day, the gentle songs of birds create a serene atmosphere.
Búger is an ideal destination for hiking and cycling enthusiasts, especially during the low and mid-seasons. The villa is located near the Tramuntana Mountains and charming villages such as Lloseta, Pollença, and Campanet. A must-see excursion is Ses Fonts Ufanes, a unique natural wonder on the island. In the neighboring town, Sa Pobla, you will find supermarkets, typical restaurants, and gas stations.
During the summer, the villa becomes a paradise for families and groups, as it is just 20 minutes by car from the stunning northern beaches, such as the famous Playa de Muro or Can Picafort, with their crystal-clear waters and fine sand.
