They did not have a clean room, and had no laundry staff, was given sheets to put on bed myself that had stains on them. When I first got there they said I must have wasted my money because they didn’t have an available room, even though I had it reserved, and had paid upfront.

The lobby was very nice and you could tell it had been redone. Our room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But, the hotel is showing its age in other areas. Dirty carpet and tile, scuffed walls. Our bathroom had no towels, looked very outdated, had a tile that had fallen off the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken. For what we paid for it, it was acceptable. A clean room with a comfortable bed, but definitely needs some updating.

Room was dirty. Smelled, carpet stained and sticky tiled floors. Also saw a few bugs. They didn't have enough towels for everyone staying at the hotel. Didn't clean room after first night. Wifi was spotty and the TV kept buffering so we couldn't watch it. Instead of staying our second night, we packed up at about 9:00 pm and went home.

Our stay was mid October 2025 for two nights with two queen size beds on the 2nd floor. The bed spreads on both beds in the room were stained. I reported it to the front desk clerk and she apologized. She moved us to another room on the 2nd floor. One of the bed spreads was also stained. She asked if we wanted to move to another room or she could give us a clean bed spreads. I took the clean bed spread. There was unpleasant smell throughout the 2nd floor. The carpet on the elevator, was stained badly and smelled. The other elevator, has tile and was dirty. This hotel has poor maintenance. We saw a roach on the nightstand, therefore we slept with the lights on. The breakfast on the first day, was stocked well and enjoyable. On the second day, there was no breakfast left. I asked the man if it was going to be restocked. He said no. They are limited on stock per day. The pictures of the hotel on the website were no close to our stay. The only thing I liked, were comfortable beds in the room.
