First time in Vermont

This was a 4 night stay, and the facility messaged me twice. When I requested a cleaning service on day 3 at the front desk I never received it and had to call the front desk for extra towels to be brought. Apparently the request made at the desk slipped through the cracks, and I should have called the housekeeping dept instead.
