This property is a mess. Not a single thing about it was nice. Even though I had prechecked in checkout took over 20 minutes. The room needed psinting and all furniture was obviously second hand. Even the bed was hard. The junk that was served for breakfast was not edible at all . Expired muffins and dried up bread and bananas with black spots
Our stay was a quick weekend away. The room was adequate. I really appreciated how quiet the whole facility was. My only real complaint would be our fridge didn’t work. And the wood floors were sticky. Otherwise it was everything we needed
It wasnt clean, the shower curtain was nasty, their was trash and filth in the stairwells and hallways, the floor hadnt been swept and the sheets and towels were stained.
The hotel smelled. My wife and daughter went into both rooms to get settled and they came back and said we're not staying here. Mold, dirty smelly, bugs and not very accommodating. We got a refund and left.
The bed spread was stained and dirty. The room itself was clean. The screen in window was broken and lampshades needed to be cleaned. For the price is a good deal.
Very rundown rooms. Mold. Not very on top of noisy guests. One room was still blaring music @ 1030 pm. Slamming doors, stomping, and beating on walls at all hours of the night.
Unsafe, not clean and rude staff sums up my experience. Besides the breakfast being out of everything and staff sitting on their phones during the designated time, I came back to my room two days in a row door wide open.
There was razor in the shower and dirt and hair on the shower enclosure that was 2 feet too small. I slept on top of the bed comforter because I was too nervous to look underneath. When asking why my door was left open, I was told: “I don’t know. I just started my shift and the manager isn’t here till tomorrow.
No refund was issued and apparently there is no standard the hotel has to maintain to keep their money. Stay away!
Last time we will stay there. We have used this place every visit but after new ownership it has declined significantly.
I specifically check for certain features like deposits and pet friendly options and they lied about both. Charged my card and then states we can’t bring our pups in. And charged an deposit that is not specified anywhere.
We left a day early because the conditions eyc.
