Overall enjoyed our stay. Hot tub wasn't working this morning. Noticed the pool area could use a very deep cleaning. Windows in pool area were very dirty and very dirty around the sills. No hooks in our bathroom. It's a spa...you have wet swim suits to hang and bathrobes, which we thought was strange. Overall we enjoyed and would return, but thought the price was a bit much for the room that we had.

The spa, pool, and hot tub were excellent. The room was clean and well stocked. However, I stayed in a “luxury” 1 bedroom suite and there was no where comfortable to sit. There was one small 2 seater couch that was very worn down and uncomfortable. I was hoping to sit cozily in front of the fireplace but that couch was bad. There was plenty of unused space … I suspect there used to be a comfortable chair there!

The ac unit in my room seemed to malfunction and dropped the temp in my room to 45 degrees. Was able to shut it off and eventually get the room back to a normal temperature. Overnight staff was polite and helpful but couldn't resolve the technical issues with the system.
