We booked this property for six nights but left after just two because it was so disappointing that it was ruining our holiday.
The lounge shown in the listing bore little resemblance to what we found. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, badly stained and covered with a cheap uncomfortable synthetic cover to try and hide the terrible stains. The occasional chair was also heavily stained to the point we were reluctant to sit on it. The dining table was far too large for the space, making it impossible for everyone to sit around it comfortably.
The property lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. There were spider webs and spiders inside, dirty windows, and the extractor fan above the oven didn’t work. The parking situation was also completely impractical.
We met the cleaning staff while trying to resolve the issues. They were lovely and advised they had already reported many of these problems to management, yet nothing had been done.
When we contacted the property managers, they showed little concern, simply stating everything was “functional”. Functional is not the same as clean, comfortable or accurately represented.
We forfeited the remaining four nights because we refused to spend our holiday in accommodation that fell so far short of expectations. We would not recommend this property at all as the owner doesn’t seem to care about it.
