Customer service and responsiveness of the staff was outstanding! Manager Chris Kim was super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond asking staff to search through the garbage to find an item we accidentally forgot in the room when we checked out (they found it and had it returned to us!). The room and building are brand new and all the facilities are clean and in perfect condition, identical to the photos. We loved the gym and the convenience of having a metro station as well as several large grocery stores and shopping centres 5 mins walk away. Also super handy to have a water filter in the room and daily towel service. The twin room feels cramped with the 2 large beds taking up most of the floor space, but works great for a short stay and would definitely come back here for a longer stay in a different room layout. One thing to note: You may see a stovetop in the photos, but they are disabled as cooking is not permitted in the rooms, so you’re limited to only kettle and microwave light cooking. They also don’t provide any bowls/plates or utensils by default, but you can ask the staff and they’ll let you borrow some items from the breakfast restaurant. Overall great stay, outstanding customer service, and would definitely return!

The name registered on the dot com is incorrect, so the location is unknown. It was difficult to find you. It was clean overall, but in my opinion, there was no change of sheets or cleaning of trash. See photo.
