Best Ever

Wonderful hostel, probably the best I have ever stayed in. Staff was so welcoming and helpful, particularly with ideas for touring and helping arrange transportation. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Facilities were spotless.

I had a great stay

The people at the reception was top tier, always eager to help and shares a smile and a good vibe. The location was amazing and walking distance to so much and a 3 minute walk Beomnaegol subway station. My walls had a little bit of discoloring on some areas, nothing too bad though. The the duvet and pillow covers were all clean, but the actual pillow and blanket had small yellow discoloring on them if u looked inside the covers. Again nothing bad but that's me reaching for something negative. My overall stay was great, and with a kitchen and common area that's open 24/7, it's a great location to interact with other travellers or guesthouse stayers and make some new mates.

폐허상태로 유령건물처럼 손님만 받고있습니다

관리는 커녕 한달은 넘게 아무 청소조차 안되있어 방에 들어가서 몇발짝 걸으니 청소가 덜된정도가 아닌 묵은먼지가 양말두께처럼 발바닥에 달라붙어서 걸을수가 없을지경이고 쓰레기통은 다른사람이 쓰고버린 마스크와 쓰레기로 가득 넘쳐나고 모자란쓰레기통을 쇼핑백으로 추가해 거기도 쓰레기가 가득한채로 그냥 있었어요 들어와보지도 않은것같고 청소의 흔적은 커녕 쓴 이불만개서 모양만만들고 그외에 일절아무 체크인준비가 안되있는것에 쇼크를 받았습니다 화장실역시 머리카락 범벅에 청소가 덜된게 아닌 아무것도 안한상태로 꽤오래 방치된 상태였어요 물때가 관심밖으로 오랜시간 묵은 두께로 범벅이 되어있고...관리가 안된상태가 아니라 폐허건물인것 같았어요 충격받았습니다 눈가리고아웅으로 이불개놓은것말고는 아무관리도 안한다는걸 바로알수있었어요 빨리 탈출하고 싶다는 생각이 들었어요 전 전혀 까탈떨지 않는데도 숨쉬는것도 께름직했어요

시설은 나름대로 신경을 쓴곳 .그래서 여러날 묵는 이들 많은지 각자 먹거리들 쌓여있고.일부 이용자들이 설걷이 안하고 방에 사물들 너저분.관리만 잘하면 저렴해서 가성비는 높은편.골목이라 찾긴 쉽지 않음.전체적으로 평균이상.

這間酒店鄰近地鐵站，附近有便利商店，很方便。房間整潔，房間面積也很大。員工十分親切友善。去的時候是冬天，看到房內沒有熱水壺的時候覺得有點不方便，後來才發現原來公共廚房有水機可以裝熱水。下次有機會的話可能會繼續選擇入住這間旅館。

スタッフの方は親切でよかったが、設備や施設に気になる点が多かった。コンセント部分がむき出しになり危なかった。お風呂の床がぬるぬるしており、洗面台のところが水浸し。トイレの使い済みトイレットペーパーはゴミ箱からあふれでていた。 外の人が騒ぐ声がうるさくて眠れなかった。

1.離便利商店和地鐵站很近，很方便。 2.我訂單人房，入住時是四人房型，很大的房間。 3.我住在6F，第一晚水壓太小，蓮蓬頭只有冷水，第二天早上整個停水，只能使用2F的洗手間 很不方便。 4.Stuff很友善。 5.公共廚房和冰箱髒髒的，希望可以整理一下。

子どもを連れて3人で4人部屋に泊まりました。広さはまぁこんなもんかなと予想通でしたが、1階のロビーは狭いけどわりと快適でした。部屋で飲食できないのが少し不便かな。でもこの立地で格安で泊まれて総合的には満足してます。

地図の位置が少し違っていてグルグルと探し回った。電話をしたけどずっと出ない。他社サイトで地図を確認してやっと到着、フロントにはだれもいない。席を外しているとかの掲示もない。しばらく待ってスタッフが来ましたが、後から来た人に順番ぬかしされて、やっとやっとチェックインできました。

値段と立地が全て

ドミトリーの部屋がオートロックだったのだが、一度鍵が掛かると中から出ることがなぜが難しい構造だった。5回くらい時間を開けて挑戦すると1回くらいスムーズにドアが開く。(中々ドアが開かない) おまけにドアを開けようともがくと警報ボタンが鳴り深夜にもかかわらず様々な人のならす警報ボタンで起こされた。 謎のボタンなどはあるものの肝心な張り紙は全てハングルであったので役に立たない。 欧米系外国人がバックパックの途中で沈没したという感じの雰囲気だった。 部屋が高校の下駄箱の匂いがしていた。 チェックインの時間になってもフロントは沈没した客なのか係員なのか分からない人が沢山ダベっているだけで結局係員はいなかった。チェックインで30分待たされる。 値段が値段だったので仕方ないとは思うが、宿の問題も滞在している人たちも問題がある気がします。 清潔さは日本で言うと安くて汚ったないネカフェ程度なのでこの値段の割には善戦していると思いました。 総じて不満だが、値段のことを考えると何も言えない。 次宿泊するなら海雲台のゲストハウスは安くて清潔な事が多いのでそちらにします。
