I like the location of the place since it's really close to Busan station. The bed was comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water in the room and more with towel change which is nice. Staff did their job but nothing above and beyond. My biggest issue is that the bathroom was not clean. There were strands of long hair everywhere from the sink, mirror, wall and tub. It's clear that they didn't bother to check if it was clean or looked after.
The hotel staff were not very proficient in English, which made communication somewhat challenging. The check-in time was excessively late at 4:00 PM, while the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. The breakfast hours were rather limited, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and guests were asked to leave the café immediately after 9:00 AM. Additionally, there were insufficient pillows in the room, and when I requested more, the staff instructed me to collect them from the reception myself.
