Stayed here during a busy weekend with a concert happening in Bernard Park. Short walk to the venue and if you opened the door you could hear the music but with the door shut it was quiet. Bathroom was a pleasant surprise, very modern with a spa bath. Room was on the small side but for three people sharing for one night it was sufficient. Beds are super comfy and room was well equipped.

Beautiful property rooms were not big but alright to stay in for couple nights they had everything needed to make a cuppa or some toast nice shower was very quiet too and smoking area was well away from rooms nice area to play pool or watch tv or play games or have a barbecue something for everyone

We had a great time here. The only issue was that the beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Being five adults in a room, though, we could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Busselton on a budget.

The room itself was great. Very clean and spacious. The power of the jets in the spa was disappointing.

Cleanliness in the room was questionable. Toilet was dirty, shower likewise and the shower base and floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery when wet - we had to put towels down to avoid slipping over. There was mould in the shower and the grout looked like it had never been cleaned. Curtains in the main room were hanging from the rail with hooks missing - we therefore had no privacy at night if the lights were on. Blind on the front window was torn and hanging loosely. Far too much furniture in the room making it difficult for two people to relax in comfort - bunk bed, bed/divan (with back that didn't come vertical so useless as a couch) and a queen size bed. All white towels were a greyish colour - clean but looking very old and used. I would not recommend this location to friends.

Located quite close to the jetty which was great. Price was very affordable however the bathroom floor wasnt clean, the air-conditioner was very old, loud and smelled terrible when we used it. The bed wasnt made properly (they tried to put the fitted sheet on sideways so it came up in the middle of the night) the bedding also has a musty not dried property smell.
