Room was a little outdated and the bathtub could have used some new caulk. Breakfast was amazing and the staff who ran the breakfast was truly incredible and went out of our way to make our stay special.

Upon check in we were given a room, went to the room, it wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Went back to front desk, we were given a 2nd room, went up and that one was also not cleaned from last guest. At this point I wanted to cancel and go to a different hotel. But I had paid online and wouldn't receive a refund. Front desk person took us up to a floor to find a clean room. The room was just finished being cleaned. By this time I was upset and wanted to leave. We ended up staying in the room, it was ok. I felt that the room was old, smelled weird and barely clean. I will not be staying there again.

Staff was nice, clean room, parking was easy, close to everything, quiet. Negative was definitely breakfast. Eggs were watery, couldn't eat them. Orange juice and coffee were so watered down they just barely tasted like flavored water. Gravy was really watered down. If youre not concerned about breakfast, it was a good place to stay.

Not pleased with the cleanliness of our room

The lobby and front desk were nice and clean. The lady checking us in was nice. We get into the room it has a smell and was humid. I notice something sticky on the end table in one room. I open the mini fridge and touch something sticky. I chose to over look the sticky prints and turned the air conditioner on figuring the smell was from the a/c vent. After taking a shower while putting my wet hair up in a towel, I notice something behind the bathroom trash can. It was a kids’ piss diaper. This was the smell. I called the front desk line the lady who checked us in said to call if we needed anything. There was no answer and no way to leave a message. We were so tired we said heck with it. The bedding was clean, neat, and comfortable so we went to sleep. We had checked in late at night and check out is at noon. Housekeeping knocks on the door at 0800. I tell them we will be out at noon. He answers back with ok I will be back then. He proceeds to come back 3 more times before noon. Definitely not worth the $250.00 we spent for the night.

Butte!!!

Great front staff. Very helpful and friendly. Even called local restaurants to help with dinner reservations. Would stay here again.

Worst hotel on a six week trip

I always enjoy getting a room upgrade, kudos for trying. Sadly, the upgraded room came without working lights. Neither light on either side of the bed was plugged into a working outlet. Fortunately, i was able to move the bed and fix the issue. The cluster of wires and plugs behind the bed was at best comical, at worst a fire hazard. The room had two other amenities worth mentioning. The first was a low rumbling diesel truck like sound that was off and on all night. I couldn't find the source. The second is a toilet that runs constantly. I had to take the top off the toilet and reset the flap by hand every time we used it. The bed was not very comfortable

Pet friendly room smells like urine

Overall, it was a nice hotel. After a long day of travel, it provided a very comfortable bed, and the room was clean, dark and quiet. The only downside, it smelled like pet urine. We were too tired to switch rooms or complain so we stayed in the room. Thankfully, we got used to the smell, but it definitely needs improvement. Some travelers would be very upset over this.
