Great value for money, very comfortable room, and a brand new property. The walls are super thin though, and you can hear everything (including people switching plug points on and off)... but that being said, for a one or two night trip, this hotel was an excellent find.
The Boutique hotel is pretty new & well renovated. Staff services are ok. However the stay is quite bad (alot of noises from above, adjoining units & below). The noises are pretty constant even late into the night. Will not come back again. Unable to rest / sleep well.
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were quite nice and well designed. Walk able distance to a food court which just in front the hotel and nearby got mini marts. There are also few other restaurants. Not forgotten, also have a small coffee outlet at their lobby.
The hotel is very convenient for us to get around and food stalls is just a walk away and everything is perfect where the water pressure is very much preferred. The only thing is the parking space very limited
Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration.
Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep. We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again
Thia hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind.
negative point was there were no lavels of shampoo and shower jell, so it was bit confusing.
Even considering that, I would say
Overall was good. Just my room key need to reactivate at reception everyday. Beside, the soundproof was not that good, keep listen people open and close the doorâŠ
Clean and bright room with big ger than super single sized twin beds. Appreciate the aircon able to cool the room rapidly. Stayed at this hotel a couple of times and wished the big windows could do with day curtains though; very glaring and worse when sun shined in, but drawing of sunblock curtains would require switching on room lights even during daytime. Although there's no chair provided (can sit on bed), but it would be helpful to have a table or a ledge along the wall for guests to place their essentials. Other than these feedback ideas, I liked my stay as staff are friendly, place is clean, located in a quiet locale and free parking (limited) is downstairs.
