This charming holiday home in the historic village of Roč offers two lovingly designed apartments and is ideal for those seeking peace, nature, and authentic rural life. Surrounded by the green hills of Istria, you can enjoy an idyllic setting with plenty of space to relax. A children's pool, free WiFi, and private parking are available to guests.



The studio apartment for two people and the larger apartment for up to five people are comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cooktop and dining area. Each living unit has a furnished terrace with direct access to the spacious garden. The bathrooms are modern in design and equipped with a shower and hairdryer.



In the well-maintained outdoor area, a garden awaits you with a sunbathing lawn, hammock, trampoline, and shady seating areas. Fruits and vegetables grow directly in the garden, and from the friendly landlords, who are organic farmers themselves, you can purchase fresh organic vegetables. The well-known climbing garden Kompanj is very close by, and there are also opportunities for paragliding, hiking, cycling, hunting, or truffle hunting. The historic village of Roč fascinates with its medieval architecture and remnants of the old Croatian script Glagoljica.



A small grocery market is located just 100 metres away, the next restaurant can be reached after 300 metres. To the sea and the nearest beaches on the Kvarner Bay, it is approximately 35 kilometres.

Calme et tranquille
