Loved the property! The cabin was adorable. The furnishings were perfect. We loved the thoughtful additions such as the s’mores makings, the coffee, the popcorn. We appreciated the nightlights throughout for those in the middle of the night bathroom trips. We loved the dock and the chairs. We tried to enjoy all the amenities including the fire pit. It truly was an amazing property. And we really appreciate the ability to extend for a few days. Thank you so much. We absolutely loved it!

Trails Lodge was perfect for our short vacation! The house was so clean when we got there. Great job with having it ready for us. The beds and futon were comfortable. We used the dock for our pontoon and the 2 little grandkids to go fishing. We also used the SxS trail out the back of the house. There was room to park 2 long trailers which was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great week staying at this beautiful lake home! Everything was convenient, clean and welcoming! Loved the inside & outdoor furniture, as well as the extra provisions like washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, towels, and air conditioner! We would definitely recommend this home!

What a great cabin

Overall excellent experience. They accommodated us for early check-in so we could get to a wedding on time. The only bummer was lack of a/c on the first night (which has to have been one of the hottest nights of the year!). Was not an issue for long, because they were onsite within a couple hours of me notifying them. They were prompt, apologetic, totally professional,and remedied the issue in short order. Also the lake is pretty awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend them or this cabin to anyone.

Home was very clean! Nice area. Hosts quick to respond to questions. Only one miscommunication, probably a typo - VRBO site shows home has air conditioning but house does not have AC. While it was cool and we did not need it, if someone would need it for allergy/asthma reasons, it would not be available. I believe this was probably just a mistaken entry as everything else was above expectations. Would stay again.

Winter Wonderland

The perfect getaway

This was the perfect cabin for what we were looking for out of our short vacation. Very clean and comfortable cabin. After long days of exploring the many things to do in the area it was great to come back to this beautiful cabin. From the pier, to the fire pit to the comfortable beds,it truly was a perfect stay.

Very Pleased

The cabin is clean and welcoming. Log walls and wood floors create the perfect Northwoods atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the tools to prepare and serve whatever you like. The beds, couches, & chairs are all very comfortable. The screen porch is a great place to relax, read, & play games. The fire pit area in the back yard has plenty of chairs and a picnic table. Traffic was a little heavy due to Labor Day weekend, but did not create any issue crossing to the dock. We rented a boat from Bear Country Rentals and that worked out great. Our 8 year old son was just as happy fishing from the dock though! All in all my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only thing we would change is next time we would stay longer. Thank you!

Wonderful Cabin

We had such a great stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for a getaway up North. We had a lot of room for our family and loved sitting on the screened in porch and the dock. We enjoyed the outdoors and all the options we had just around the cabin. The property manager was so easy to work with, making the stay effortless. The cabin is the perfect location for day adventures up to Lake Superior, Hayward, and hikes throughout the area. Hope we can make it up there again soon!
