We had my bachelorette party here and it was an excellent villa for 10 people. The property is huge and gorgeous. The yard is super lush and we loved using the pool! Cindi, and her team with Adelita and Zain, were able to help us with anything; we set up a chef dinner at the house, we were able to organize shuttles to and from the airport, and they even stopped at the store for us. Zain responded to us at all hours with whatever we needed help with! It's also only about 15 minutes from downtown Cabo, so an easy drive, but nice and quiet. The only real issue we had trouble getting hot water for some of our showers. Also, you can't heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time. But these were minor, and we loved our stay. I hope we have an opportunity to go back some day!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elegante. The communication with Cindi was excellent, and she helped us coordinate some extra events at the house, including a chef one night. The property manager, Adelita, was very responsive to any questions or communications that we had. The pool and hot tub were the most amazing part of this home! We would absolutely return and stay with Cindi again

June 2024 - Cabo with the family

The villa was a great fit for our family vacation (nine adults and three kids under 4 year old). The host / concierge was great, responsive – example - arranged introduction massages for the travel weary on arrival, providing contacts for taxi, deliveries etc.. etc.. The pool was very nice, along with the outdoor kitchen - the center of our activities with the kids. We did the inhouse – chef-in for one of the family dinners, which was very well done, and recommended if you had a busy day and then sit down to a great meal. The house was a good fit for our needs, found to be in good condition, exceeded our expectations, freshy repainted etc… the host next planned upgrade is to modernize the kitchen cabinets. Good location with easy access to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo and all the associated beaches. / activities. We would definitely rebook this VRBO if coming back to this area of Mexico.

Awesome place for family and kids

We stayed there with our extended family of nine people including three kids under the age of 7 and everyone loved it, especially the kids. The pool was a huge hit with the little ones. Perfect for lots of different families to come together and have an extended family vacation in a really safe neighborhood

Seemed like it hadn’t been rented in some time…

Communication with the owner was very challenging. Emails disappeared (apparently deleted by a child?), redundant questions and conflicting information came through various emails. The host aoffered supplemental services for us (grocery shopping in advance, booking of massages, transport, etc) and then got frustrated bc she had to coordinate those things. The local house manager was supposed to meet us upon arrival, but showed up late and then rushed through a cursory orientation, seemingly before heading to her next appt. They had promised maintenance would come by to change a flickering bulb, but that never happened. All the bedrooms had exterior patio doors that didn’t lock, and one of the internal doors was missing a lock, and had paper towel stuffed into the hole. Dishes and glassware were dusty and dirty, and the house smelled like it had been closed up for a number of months. The community is lovely and the gate staff made us feel very secure, which was the only reason we were comfortable sleeping in unlocked rooms. The pool and backyard were great for hanging out and entertaining.

Amazing property, relaxing and entertaining. Great space for all activities. Close to down town Cabo

All the girls loved it here, rooms were well spaced everyone had a small slice of heaven in each room the property was AMAZING. Outside area is perfecting for entertaining we all had a blast and Cindi was super easy going and had everything ready for our arrival.

Great place, great times

We splurged and had a bartender and a chef come in for a few days which turned out to be fantastic, speaking as the guy who usually does a good share of the cooking for the group when we travel together. A few things were not what we expected, but we either didn't care, or we did and we called the property manager and they were taken care of right away. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and concerned about us enjoying our vacation.

Fantastic weekend!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the house. Cindi was incredibly helpful and super fast to respond to my emails. She made sure we had the house fully stocked with food prior to our arrival and arranged for transportation from the airport. Once we arrived, Claudio was always available to help with whatever we needed, including booking us fantastic massages and also arranging transportation for our group. The house itself is excellent and has all the amenities you could ask for. The location is an easy car ride to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo so you get the best of both. I would 100% stay here again!

Fun in the Sun!

This was our 10th time to stay in Cabo. Our group was friends, family and 2 grand-children. There was something for everyone and the spacious Villa de Elegante' in the gated Santa Carmela did not disappoint. Santa Carmela was a very clean housing development with a guest's 'club house' and pool at the very end, by the Sea of Cortez. Our group used this facility one day, complete with a gas grill, frig and sink/counter area. Beautiful view/sound of the waves crashing below us. The bedrooms were spacious and ensuite. We like to cook some meals in and the kitchen was supplied with all the utensils we needed. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, while at the villa. We enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. Shaded areas for those who like less sun. As usual, it was hard to leave but we do plan to returning this fall. Cindi/ the owner, was helpful prior to the trip answering any questions we had and helping arrange activities in Cabo, if needed. Only downside is that we had to leave......

Fantastic villa and location

We had a fantastic stay at Villa de Elegante. This house is huge (looks exactly as shown in the pics) and is in a great location. Although there were only 6 of us, it was a lovely space to get the rest and relaxation we needed. Every detail was considered and Adelita, our concierge, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the property and tourism in the area. I especially liked the additional services we were able to select, such as massages at the property and a priivate chef - all for very reasonable rates. We would definitely stay here again - next time I’ll bring more people with me.

Probably could use all 2500 characters here, but will spare you. We just finished a stay with 3 families totaling 12 people. The property is truly awesome. It is well kept and maintained, well stocked with stuff, and is extremely spacious. Many areas to get away from the rest of the group for your own thing :) Area is safe and close to anything you may want to get to or want to do, although taxis are expensive. They charge $5 per person regardless of distance, imagine paying $60 to move 12 people 5 miles. Try your best to negotiate down. We ordered delivery one night, stocked up at Costo and made multiple walking trips Santa Camela a small store across the street for the others. This a great value for a vacation if you don't want to do the resort thing and none of us would hesitate to book this home again if we get back to the Cabo area.

Amazing!

Our vacation at the Santa Carmela Villa was fantastic in every way and absolutely perfect for our large group of friends. We still can’t believe we landed such an amazing property. The location is ideal, very close to Cabo San Lucas and to a few beaches. You can also walk to a beach at the end of the complex to see the sunset. The property was both cozy and beachy. Some days, even though we planned to, we didn’t even leave because we were having so much fun lounging in the backyard and swimming in the beautiful pool. We took advantage of the advance grocery shopping and greatly appreciated the service. Overall fantastic property and we would love to stay here again if we return to Cabo, highly recommend!

Great house!

Went with three families, kids ranging in age from 1-11. The pool and hot tub were perfect for all age groups, especially kids just learning to swim. Property is well landscaped and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and Cindi was very attentive if anything came up.
